At Digitali Cyber Services, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services and downloadable products. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued, ensuring fairness and clarity.

  1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. However, refunds are subject to the conditions below:

a) Customer Changes Their Mind

If a customer changes their mind after making payment and no work has started, a partial refund will be processed minus transaction charges.

If work has already started, a partial refund may be provided based on the progress made.

If the service is already fully delivered, no refund will be issued.

b) Customer Fails to Provide Required Information

Some services require additional details from the customer to proceed. If the customer fails to provide the necessary details within the refund period:

The service will be put on hold until the required details are provided.

If the customer does not provide the details within 14 days, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Customers can request to resume the service later, but additional fees may apply if rates have changed.

c) Downloadable Products

Refunds are not applicable for digital downloads once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

If a technical issue prevents access, we will assist in resolving the issue or provide a replacement file.

To request a refund, customers should:

Our team will review the request within 3 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, minus transaction/refund charges.

  1. Transaction & Refund Charges

All refunds are subject to transaction or refund processing fees imposed by payment providers.

The refunded amount will be the original payment minus these charges.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

Fully completed services.

Digital downloads that have been granted access.

Government-related service fees (e.g., KRA PIN registration fees).

Services canceled due to customer inaction or failure to provide required details within 14 days.
